Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.

About the Role

  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and capital flow statements
  • Collaborate with accountants in European companies to ensure accurate reflection of transactions in accordance with group requirements and accounting policies
  • Set up and optimize the process of monthly reconciliation with outsourcing companies in Europe
  • Reconcile data in the accounting system with data from outsourcing companies in Europe on a monthly basis
  • Identify, record, and eliminate discrepancies between data in the accounting system and data from outsourcing companies in Europe

Requirements

  • Experience as an auditor or financial specialist with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of IFRS
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • DipIFR certificate or knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
  • Experience in Big4 or other audit companies is a great advantage
