We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Digital Privacy Strategist. In this strategic role, you will coordinate, control, and manage our Digital Products Compliance System, ensuring that our products and processes adhere to privacy regulations and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing our privacy strategy, policies, procedures, and initiatives. You will ensure that all data management processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other global standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring product and process privacy compliance, providing evidence to regulatory bodies as required.
  • Periodically assessing and enhancing product privacy measures.
  • Proposing and implementing changes to privacy policies for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading and facilitating team privacy education and awareness programs.
  • Managing privacy-related incidents and supporting problem and change management forums.
  • Developing and managing the implementation of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default principles.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Managing compliance programs for SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, and ISO27001/27701/27017.
  • Developing and maintaining the Privacy Information Management System (PIMS).
  • Creating a privacy risk assessment framework and providing regular assessments of company privacy risks.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Certification in privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27701 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, or equivalent) or the ability to obtain it within six months of employment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing privacy and compliance programs.
  • Expertise in GDPR requirements and a proven track record of implementation within a business context.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems, including evaluation and reporting.
