Logistics Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Compliance and Reporting Specialist to support our Supply Chain Teams with administrative tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and managing data necessary for placing transport declarations in the RO e-Transport system.

• Gather and manage all data required for transport declarations in the RO e-Transport system.
• Support SC Teams with administrative tasks related to logistics compliance and reporting.
• Ensure timely communication of UIT numbers to involved stakeholders (carriers, AM mills/agencies or customers).
• Work with internal reports using dedicated SAP transactions and ensure timely updates based on data modifications.
• Coordinate information flow with forwarders and other involved stakeholders.

• Effective communication skills, particularly in interactions via phone, digital channels and email.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM tools is a plus.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including AM FLAT Supply Chain Teams, forwarders, AM plants & Commercial Agencies.
