We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of modern, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java and React, as well as expertise in designing and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot or Dropwizard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with global finance teams to drive digital transformation through cutting-edge software solutions.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Drive automation and system modernization efforts across a large-scale financial systems landscape.
- Solve complex challenges involving data quality, warehousing, analytics, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows and business requirements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where relevant to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java and React.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience building RESTful web services using frameworks like Spring Boot or Dropwizard.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience working with both relational and columnar SQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
