HR/Resource Data Analyst

Job Description

This role involves playing a pivotal part in workforce planning and data analysis, helping shape and execute strategic workforce initiatives. You will be working with global stakeholders, aligning hiring and vendor strategies, ensuring data quality, and supporting regional operations.

As an HR/Resource Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with various systems such as Pioneer, Clarity, Fieldglass, and MyTRM to ensure high-quality data alignment across these platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the execution of global workforce plans in line with strategic goals
  • Managing headcount and resource demand with internal teams and vendors
  • Ensuring high-quality data alignment across systems like Pioneer, Clarity, Fieldglass, and MyTRM
  • Preparing accurate, insightful reports using advanced Excel and analytical tools
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to align workforce strategy and provide business updates
  • Coordinating HR-related activities, including recruitment and performance processes
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting financial discipline across teams
  • Collaborating with regional teams to support workforce transformation initiatives
  • Driving operational compliance and ensuring adherence to the HR and vendor strategy
