We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Shiji Poland. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for high-level system-wide functional analysis for new initiatives run by the Product Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-level system-wide functional analysis for new initiatives
  • Support and document solutioning phase, verify dependencies and impact
  • Decompose scope into smaller parts to pass to the responsible Product Owner
  • Facilitate product workshops and high-level analysis for changes impacting multiple domains
  • Maintain and develop Functional Architecture Documentation Library
  • Identify improvements and optimizations across the requirements analysis process
  • Mediate between different domains and support System Architects to find optimal solutions
  • Consult with Product Owners and Product Managers on system-wide impact and dependencies
Requirements
  • Business analysis and analytical mindset
