Job Title: Portfolio Strategy Manager

As a Portfolio Strategy Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and programmes that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, stakeholder engagement, and project governance. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with programme managers, directors, and PMO managers to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and recommendations.
  • Manage and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
