Sales Operations Specialist

- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the Sales and Delivery team to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Provide training and support to the Sales and Delivery team on using sales tools.
- Help onboard new sales team members.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate and represent a real-time summary of sales metrics.
- Implement best practices and ensure the sales team adheres to standardized processes.

- Monthly salary of 6-9k PLN net on B2B contract
- 26 days of paid holidays, plus the equivalent of public holidays in Poland
