About the Role:
The Associate Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring the competitiveness and relevance of Expedia Group's hotel and property product in their assigned market. This involves working closely with hotel partners to optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites, as well as securing additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and analyze data specific to their market to inform hotel partner strategies
- Work with hotel partners to optimize content, rate, and availability competitiveness on the Expedia sites
- Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods
- Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central
- Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners
- Support demand generation and research to identify properties not currently listed on the Expedia marketplace
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in French and English language
- High impact personality with intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy, and strong teamwork skills
- Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Proven follow-up/persistence in challenging situations and ability to communicate effectively with various levels and through different channels
