Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Java Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new applications, as well as contributing to enhancements and modifications of existing B2B applications.

  • You will ensure that code meets design specifications, adheres to security standards, and follows Java/J2EE best practices for maintainability and system performance.
  • You will collaborate with Development and QA teams on individual and group deliverables.
  • You will operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with a flexible structure.

You will create comprehensive documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance purposes, identify opportunities for future enhancements and improvements to standards, best practices, and development methodologies, and work closely with project teams and other departments, such as Network, QA, Ops, and Engineering.

Additionally, you will participate in design and code review sessions to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with development guidelines, engage with business units to gather requirements and use cases for designing appropriate solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
