We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and successful deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions.

As a Team Leader Fullstack Engineer on digital applications, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical requirements, estimation, and prioritization of backlogs. You will collaborate closely with Product Manager, UX/UI Designers and Engineering Manager to ensure that technical strength of the product is delivered as expected.

You will have the opportunity to drive innovation by staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning meetings to ensure alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong experience in hands-on development, application design, test automation, and integration with existing systems. You will also need to be proficient in API, React, TypeScript, .NET, Clean Architecture, DDD, REST API, Microservices, Azure Service Bus, Cloud development, Test automation, Cypress, CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps, OpenAPI Specification, SAFe, GitHub.

Besides your technical skills, you will need to have brilliant communication abilities, knowing how to explain technical details and processes to a non-tech person. Fluency in English is required.
