Lead SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic mid-sized technology projects with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and process optimization in HR IT at Link Group.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes. Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects, drive continuous usage and optimization of HR IT systems, introduce process efficiencies and improve user experience across HR tech landscape. Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams (both local and global) to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment. Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and steering committees (in German and English).
Requirements
Proven experience managing mid-sized, strategic IT projects. Background in HR IT, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English. Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in an international environment. Optional extras: SAP certifications or PM certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum) are a plus. Experience in global or matrix organizations preferred.
