We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support strategic innovation projects for a key client. The ideal candidate will possess project management and strategic influencing skills to drive fast-paced innovation projects to successful and timely completion.

The role is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple product and packaging innovation projects, from concept development to launch. With over 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will collaborate with the team to ensure flawless execution of projects while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for product and packaging innovation projects;
  • Assist in project kick-off discussions and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure team alignment on the overall scope, timelines, and objectives;
  • Coordinate and facilitate project discussions, including kick-off meetings, project update meetings, and lessons-learned sessions;
  • Monitor project progress in terms of deliverables and milestones and maintain up-to-date records using project management tools and spreadsheets;
  • Work closely with senior team members and assist in all day-to-day activities related to project execution;
  • Assess project delays, identify risks, and propose accelerations to keep projects on track;
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and deviations from the original plan;
  • Ensure accuracy of information and collate all required inputs for the completeness of project documents and supporting materials;
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews and incorporate findings into future projects for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Project management experience (ideally in a CPG or FMCG environment);
  • Strong knowledge of product and packaging innovation or new product development processes;
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience with MarTech & workflow management tools, such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Power BI;
  • Passionate about Innovation management and exposure around stages of new product development, Innovation planning, and development.
