We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to perform a wide range of administrative functions.

Job Summary:
  • Coordinate office operations and oversee administrative functions.
  • Maintain office efficiency by supporting and implementing office systems and equipment procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional roles and instructions of the superior, as well as supervision of subordinates in terms of their operational duties.
  • Ensure compliance with current administrative, criminal, and local regulations.
  • Organize and maintain records, including personnel database updates and document signing processes.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with sending and receiving post, coordinate office events, and support Employee Relation Team activities.
  • Fulfill general clerical duties, including photocopying and mailing.

Requirements:
