Coco Polska SP. z o.o., a dynamic Polish company operating as part of the larger Coco Global network, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Cost Optimization Specialist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and cost management, with experience in sectors such as global financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, private equity, fintech, or technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear negotiation strategies for supplier or contract opportunities and executing these as cost-saving initiatives. This includes performing deep-dive activities across the cost base, forensically analyzing contracts, invoices, and spend data to provide a holistic view of suppliers' contracts and spend.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary interface with Business Functions, IT & Purchasing Stakeholders across the world to understand products and/or services and collaboratively devising strategies and opportunities for executable cost reductions or cost take-out.

The Procurement Cost Optimization Specialist will also conduct reviews with technical teams as a demand challenge layer to analyze technical solutions, licensing volumes, SLAs, services, and evaluate opportunities for right-sizing, cost reductions, and risk appetite decisions.

An additional key responsibility is reviewing inventory data to understand any growth or decline trends, plus future strategies and roadmaps of particular technologies/solutions.

This role requires the ability to contribute towards program deliverables including initiative tracking, MI reporting, and dashboards to demonstrate activity is being progressed, maintain a view of upcoming initiatives, and savings delivered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling savings evidence to provide clear figures of in-year and annual run-rate savings as well as payment profiles of contracts.

A further requirement of the role is to create commercial propositions including benefits and an overview of costs. Supporting Customers with supplier negotiations and drafting contract terms are also essential components of the job.

In addition to our core Cost and Contract Optimisation Services, CoCo also offer and deliver a range of related operational and consultancy services. The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver such projects from time to time to deliver customers' requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent MS Outlook, MS Excel, analytical skills, MS Teams, and PowerPoint abilities. We estimate that the salary for this position will be between €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
