About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nordic Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for regional employees, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain payroll data, including salary adjustments, benefits, deductions, and tax details.
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors, HR teams, and finance departments to streamline operations.
  • Resolve payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders promptly and professionally.
  • E nsure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support audits and reporting by maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards in the region.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
