About the Role

As a Technical Mac Administrator at Link Group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional device management services to our enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mac and mobile device administration, with expertise in SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.

A successful Technical Mac Administrator will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex hardware, OS, and application issues.

Additionally, you will work closely with our IT teams to improve user workspace services, document procedures, and participate in strategic IT projects.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can drive innovation and optimization in our device management operations.

  • Device & Workspace Management: Administer and maintain macOS, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Configure and Deploy: Configure, deploy, and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) & Android Enterprise solutions.
  • Endpoint Administration: Manage SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for centralized endpoint administration.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement endpoint security policies, encryption, and antivirus solutions. Monitor compliance and ensure secure access to enterprise systems.

Requirements include expertise in SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Security Tools Agile, Scrum.
