Job Title: French Speaking Accounting Specialist

This role involves working with international clients and providing financial services. We are looking for an individual with strong accounting skills, fluent in French, and able to work independently as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a university degree in Finance or Accounting, with prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring incoming payments, reconciling accounts, managing outstanding invoices, and communicating with French-speaking clients regarding payment statuses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks within a selected area of ​accounting (AR or Credit Management)
• Issue and post invoices, clearing bank statements, take care of customer settlements, clear items on customer accounts
• Care for the efficiency, accuracy and timelines of all tasks
• Close cooperation with an international partner

Requirements:

• Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role is an asset
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data processing
