Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully? Do you have experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably Life Sciences or manufacturing?

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams and deliver business-critical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Create comprehensive project plans, defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify tasks, allocate resources, and create schedules to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Oversee project teams, assign roles, and ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management, establishing effective communication channels and managing expectations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely delivery within allocated budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience as a project manager with a track record of delivering business-critical projects successfully.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent project-related experience).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools.
  • PMP certification and ITIL proficiency will be an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making based on technical reports.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and exceptional cross-group collaboration skills with partner teams and good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably Life Sciences or manufacturing.
