Space Systems Technician

At Serco, we are searching for a skilled Junior General Computing Technician to join our team in the Czech Republic. As a Junior General Computing Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing requests and incidents, and contributing to the resolution of technical issues.

• Manage requests and incidents through a tracking tool.
  
• Take into account internal customer tickets and contribute to the resolution of incidents and requests.
  
• Write technical notes in the knowledge base under the direct supervisor’s control.
  
• Complete documentation in the ‘tracking’ tool of the work done before transfer to another support line if a solution cannot be found.
  
• Provide technical assistance.

• Technical Diploma (120 ECTS Credits) in the field of computing or ICT.
  
• Experience: 1 year.
  
• English: B2 level.
  
• General knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
  
• General knowledge of office or equivalent.
  
• Knowledge of the Office 365 administration environment.
  
• Working knowledge of incident tracking tools.
  
• ITIL Certification.
  
• Microsoft certification or equivalent.
