About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Hilton Prague. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and create a great first impression
  • Know menus and daily specials in detail to advise guests on dishes, ingredients, portion sizes, and beverage options
  • Treat food allergies and dietary requirements with absolute seriousness
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team and bar team to ensure all orders are correct, well-presented, and delivered on time
  • Serve food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following service sequences and restaurant standards
  • Check that guests' experiences meet their expectations and take action to improve service and resolve complaints quickly, with support from your Supervisor when needed

Requirements
  • Guest focus, maintaining high standards of authentic service to create memorable guest experiences every time
  • Excellent communication skills to create connections with diverse customers and share information clearly
  • Great teamwork and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and focused under pressure
  • Fluent in written and speaking English and Czech/Slovak
