Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our expanded reach initiatives, focusing on the streaming TV aspect. As part of our cross-disciplinary team, you will collaborate with highly skilled software engineers and IT partners to design, develop, test, and ship next-generation applications that shape the future of retail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .NET Development (C# 8.0+): Develop robust .NET services and GraphQL APIs within video and streaming domains.
  • Extensive Experience in API Building: Construct and maintain GraphQL APIs using Apollo Federation and HotChocolate, as well as REST APIs.
  • Practical Experience with Logging and Monitoring Tools: Utilize Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Azure Monitor for effective logging and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Analyze requirements, prepare specifications, conduct code reviews, write unit tests, refactor code, and ensure technical design documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-disciplinary teams, including product designers, managers, testers, and developers, to design, develop, test, and ship innovative features for streaming services and TV/web applications.
  • Technical Contributions: Contribute to proof-of-concept development, feasibility analysis, and experiments to explore future states of video commerce.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot application problems, communicate delays, risks, and issues, and drive resolution through collaboration with internal and external parties.
