Job Overview

The role of a Network Operations Engineer at emagine Sp. Z o.o. involves ensuring the day-to-day availability of the production network, covering all aspects of Data, Voice, and Contact Center Services capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 support, working closely with internal and external resources, including vendors/partners.
  • Manage incidents, patch management, service restoration, sustainability, and proactive service improvement.
  • Lead Major Incident conference calls, identify required resources, and conduct Root Cause Analysis for production outages.
  • Implement repeatable move, add, change processes for LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in WAN, Relay, Operating Systems, IT governance standards (ITIL, SOC), and certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
  • Knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Riverbed, Zscaler) and experience with monitoring applications (SolarWinds, Riverbed).
  • Ability to produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Project Information

This is a long-term B2B assignment with flexible working hours (12:00-21:00 or 12:00-20:00) and can be based in Gdańsk or Warsaw.
