Senior Payroll Specialist Position for International Projects

Creative Ideas is a dynamic company looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage payroll services, maintain accurate documentation, and provide substantive support in the field of HR and payroll knowledge. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Specialist and be responsible for preparing reports based on employee matters and maintaining ongoing contact with employees regarding payroll services.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll in a big company
  
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2/C1)
  
• Detail-oriented approach, great organizational skills, meeting deadlines
  
• Practical knowledge of labor law
  
• Experience with the Symfonia program will be an asset
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Salary up to 10000 gross PLN (employment contract)

• Maintaining payroll documentation for 150 workers
  
• Payroll services: settlement of salaries, employee benefits, ZUS, PIT, GUS contributions, etc.
  
• Administrative support of the HR and payroll department in daily activities
  
• Working closely with HR Specialist to ensure smooth operations
