Job Description: As a System Engineer specializing in file transfer solutions, you will ensure the secure and seamless exchange of data between internal systems and external partners. Your role will involve configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting file transfer frameworks while automating key processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain file transfer systems to ensure data integrity and security
  • Set up and manage internal and external file transfer connections
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to file transfer, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Update and enhance existing file transfer frameworks to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product owners, and architects
  • Participate in incident and problem management, reducing recurring technical issues
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline operations
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing
