We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to join our team at Antal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement function, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Procurement Function: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement department, including managing a high-performing team of approximately 100 people and developing direct reports (3 people)
  • Set Departmental Goals: Establish clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement department, monitoring ongoing progress and results to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Implement Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and propose process automation initiatives (RPA), driving change and enhancing operational efficiency
  • Manage Performance: Accountable for achieving service level and KPI targets, controlling costs, and reporting on procurement activities
  • Develop Procurement Tools: Support the implementation of suitable procurement tools and migrate procurement activities to the service delivery center, ensuring seamless integration
  • Optimize Process Landscapes: Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve process landscapes through improvement initiatives, addressing issue resolution management and escalation processes
Requirements
  • SAP and Coupa Experience: Proven experience working with SAP and Coupa systems, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing direct reports
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of supply chain management, components, and processes, as well as analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Driving License: Possession of a valid Category B driving license
