Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Ework Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production documentation
• Conduct P-FMEA analysis to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
• Implement tools and testing equipment to support production
• Support series production in terms of technical matters, automation, incompatibility, and installation processes
• Develop and implement machine and process enhancements to meet production goals and timetables
• Maintain compliance with security and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
• Knowledge of processes connected to security and quality
• Problem-solving methodology skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
