Key Responsibilities

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and implementing access strategies to drive commercial success in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial Team, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Develop and execute access strategies to drive commercial success in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of access strategies and initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics, including government policies and programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in access strategy development and implementation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on access strategy progress and results.
• Identify opportunities to optimize access strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in a business or life science-related field, along with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful access strategies will be essential.
