Job Opportunity: Air Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Air Travel Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills in German and English, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
  • Ability to live in the Czech Republic
  • Willingness to participate in 10 weeks of paid training in Brno
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
  • Assist passengers primarily in German and English
  • Provide support with bookings, baggage information, and travel services
  • Work collaboratively within a friendly and dynamic team
