Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms while providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of iOS and Android developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Evaluate the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identify bottlenecks, and correct them; maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in the development process and team productivity.

Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team's progress and promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Platforms: Experience with both iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Java, Kotlin) development.

UI Design: Sound knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
