Job Title:

A Senior Billing Specialist is responsible for managing billing processes, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate billing operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and process customer invoices, including billing corrections and write-offs, ensuring timely payment receipt.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, resolving discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Handle billing-related questions and resolve disputes efficiently, upholding high standards of communication.
  • Monitor and review open transactions, including credit memos and outstanding payments, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain system settings related to bills receivable, such as aging and payment terms.
  • Manage user access and permissions for billing data and reporting tools, adhering to organizational protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize billing processes, driving efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion, other Oracle systems, or PeopleSoft, showcasing proficiency in complex software applications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, demonstrating expertise in financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
