Lead UX Designer

We're looking for a skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team and drive the creation of user-centered solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions for replatforming projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities to deliver user and business value, and ensure continuous product discovery and improvement.

You will conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and create user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize opportunities and deliver solutions.

You will also integrate UX design into agile workflows, balance user needs with technical constraints of existing legacy systems, and incorporate user feedback and testing into the design process.

Requirements
  • Strong background in UX design with experience in user-centered design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Experience creating user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma
  • Ability to work with complex data structures and understand UI technologies
