Transformation Director for Finance IT

Devire Outsourcing IT is a partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialists executing projects for leading IT companies.

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects and programmes within the Finance Product Stream on an interim basis. As part of a product-led IT operating model, you will ensure the successful execution of initiatives using agile and hybrid methodologies.

You will drive the delivery of solutions that improve the Finance function and align with organisational goals by working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Lead IT delivery efforts for the Finance Product Stream using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise delivery processes and outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programmes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Act as a trusted adviser, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Inspire and guide teams and stakeholders through transformation journeys, fostering engagement and collaboration.
• Champion change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Leverage Finance function knowledge to align IT delivery with business priorities.
• Provide insight into ERP systems and other relevant technologies.
• Oversee the delivery of integration projects to ensure seamless system interoperability.
