By integrating AI capabilities, the organization aims to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.
In this role, you will lead a team of 5-7 people to deliver an AI project efficiently. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems using Python 3.10+, designing and implementing APIs following best practices of RESTful API, ensuring code quality by adding unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, creating and maintaining internal and external technical documentation, contributing to system design, participating in architectural discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
You will also be responsible for ownership of end-to-end solutions, including technical design, development, CI/CD process, infrastructure management, testing, and tech dept management. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, AI engineers, DevOps, architects, product managers, QAs, and designers to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments and providing timely resolutions to technical challenges are also key aspects of this role. Furthermore, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing your knowledge with the team to drive innovation and growth, and participating in pre-sale and discovery activities are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Python programming (3.10+)
- In-depth knowledge of various API frameworks (REST - must, GraphQL - nice to have)
- Experience with FastAPI or similar
- Proficiency in utilizing testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud provider
- Knowledge of SQL databases, especially MS SQL/Azure SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
