Financial Operations Coordinator

We are a green tech company with extensive experience in sustainability services. Our platforms, bimobject.com and prodikt.com, serve as a marketplace for architects and manufacturers, and a unique sustainability platform focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector.

Our software creates digital models (BIM objects) and environmental reports (EPDs), mapping out a product's environmental impact from materials to final use.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Financial Operations Coordinator to join our global Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Previous experience in administrative roles or related work experience
• Working proficiency in English and Polish both in speech and writing

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Issue Customer Invoices: Create and manage customer invoices accurately using Netsuite.
• Send Payment Reminders: Proactively communicate with customers to issue timely payment reminders.
• Maintain Customer Data: Ensure accuracy and consistency to monitor and update customer master data in Salesforce.
• Process Transactions: Efficiently manage and process expenses-related transactions through Pleo App.
• Support Global Finance Initiatives: Collaborate with our global Finance Team on various tasks and projects to enhance operations.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of €35,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits such as a sport subscription and flat structure.
