Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of a world-class data analytics ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IT to deliver a curated, enriched, and protected set of data that will enable us to make informed decisions and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include defining and obtaining source data required to successfully deliver insights and use cases, determining the data mapping required to join multiple data sets together across multiple sources, analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify key business trends, designing and developing data models to support analytics initiatives, and creating interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

\

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have excellent communication skills to present findings effectively and work collaboratively with data engineers and business teams to define requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics: Define and obtain source data required to successfully deliver insights and use cases.\
  • Data Mapping: Determine the data mapping required to join multiple data sets together across multiple sources.\
  • Data Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify key business trends.\
  • Data Modeling: Design and develop data models to support analytics initiatives.\
  • Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.\
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with data engineers and business teams to define requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data Analytics: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.\
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.\
  • Programming Languages: Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.\
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively.\
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
