Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology.

You will go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change while securing sustainability.

Additionally, you will provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.

You will provide input to the design of ServiceNow based ITSM solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.

You will also provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients.

Furthermore, you will lead or support creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions.

You will support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions.

You will provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.

You will work with Customer Managers, Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Designers and senior level representatives on the client's side.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A master's, engineer's, or bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations acting as an Architect.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to define technical solutions aligned with client's business problems at an architectural and design level of detail.
  • Able to present business cases, strategies, solutions, make recommendations, gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.
  • Able to brainstorm ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.
  • Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project and teams in a complex environment.
  • ServiceNow Certifications nice to have: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, Technical Architect.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (C1 English).
