Strategic HR Business Partner for Commercial Excellence

In this key role, you will support our dynamic Commercial department as an integral part of our People Care team. You will build strong relationships with internal clients, serving as their trusted advisor and coach in all aspects of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collaborate closely with the Senior People & Business Partner to drive operational and methodological success.
  • You will develop relationships with management teams, providing expert guidance on employment law applications, HR procedures, structure, costs, change, talent management, development, consulting, and more.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding communication and implementation of the People Care strategy, key activities, and standardization of procedures.
  • You will work closely with our People care expert teams as a consultant and liaison, ensuring seamless collaboration between them, your team, and the business.
  • You will support employees in their development, career progression, satisfaction, long-term motivation, or personal issues through consultation, advice, or confidential discussion.
  • You will apply legal and ethical principles fairly and consistently to complex employee relations issues, solving problems quickly and accurately.
  • You will co-create, implement, and evaluate the People Care strategy in your department, focusing on org. design, development, training, performance management, budgeting, and more.
  • You will promote and develop the company culture and values both internally and externally.
  • You will collaborate on projects within People Care and across the company, including performance management, system changes, satisfaction surveys, and Top Employer certification preparation.
  • You will participate in the recruitment of selected key positions.
  • You will continuously simplify and streamline your work and that of your colleagues, incorporating digitalization where possible.
Requirements
  • You hold a university degree in HR, law, or psychology.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in internal HR/PC, ideally in at least 2 companies, or HR consulting.
  • You have regularly dealt with various situations involving people managers.
  • You are results-driven, able to express opinions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You possess business acumen, can grasp complex issues, break them down, and think strategically.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and can implement your ideas effectively.
  • You are a team player, willing to share knowledge, collaborate, and sometimes step back from your own opinions for the greater good.
  • You can function independently, but also value teamwork and open communication.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and a positive attitude.
  • A high level of English proficiency (B2) is mandatory, and fluency in Czech/Slovak is required.
