Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We're a leading provider of creative solutions, and our logistics department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services across Europe. As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics processes, and resolving any delivery-related issues that may arise.

• Support Road Logistics: Across multiple European regions, ensuring deliveries are executed according to weekly/monthly plans.
• Manage Supply Chain Costs: Ensuring they are correctly entered into systems and invoices are paid on time to logistic service providers.
• Optimize Logistics Processes: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics operations and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Analyze Delivery Patterns: Suggesting optimization strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Manage Exceptions: Resolving issues related to delays, capacity shortages, or urgent re-routing of shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Logistics: Experience in supply chain management, order management, and road logistics.
• ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• MS Office: Strong skills in MS Office applications.
• Networking: Excellent communication and networking skills.
