  • As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect at Staffbit, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and development services for our clients' Salesforce platforms.
  • You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and related technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for Salesforce-related issues within the client's organization, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  • Participate in global Salesforce marketing projects, contributing to solution design and delivery.
  • Manage and continuously optimize Salesforce configurations in alignment with evolving business requirements.
  • Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to reduce system disruptions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deploy updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • Salesforce experience and certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Developer are highly desirable.
  • Strong background in incident management, with the ability to assess priorities and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based solutions.
