Job Title: Production Planner

This is a pivotal role requiring a skilled and analytical individual to collaborate with the manufacturing team and value stream leadership to optimize production processes and resolve supply chain constraints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date production schedules, determining schedule priorities, and analyzing production data to monitor attainment.
  • Identifying capacity issues and escalating them internally to ensure seamless operations.
  • Leveraging data analysis and process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategically managing inventory levels to maintain compliance and achieve investment targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in production planning.
  • Proven experience in multiple supply chain roles, including demand, supply, production, and procurement planning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with intermediate-level English proficiency.
