Regulatory Capital Reporting Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Job Személyzeti Tanácsadó Kft.

The role focuses on regulatory capital reporting, risk-weighted assets (RWA) forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting wind-down planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and Validate Financial Data: Perform daily and monthly movements analysis, ensuring key controls are in place to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure Regulatory Capital and Target Ratios Data Accuracy: Consistency with actuals and estimates for Recovery and Resolution Planning purposes.
  • Regulatory & Capital Reporting: Prepare and submit reports complying with regulatory requirements to central banks and government authorities.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for the RRP team, communicating anomalies to forecast model owners, and work closely with production teams in various locations.
  • Resolution Planning: Analyze the impact of portfolio removals during the wind-down phase, assessing changes in capital requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A University/College degree.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in financial, regulatory or risk reporting/auditing roles.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A good understanding of Accounting & Finance principles and Financial Markets and products/Regulatory Reporting requirements.
  • A proven advanced track record in financial reporting and analysis.
