Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and systems.

  • You will work on internal control tooling used by the CTO, ensuring seamless integration and automation.
  • You will write and maintain high-quality code in DevOps languages such as Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
  • You will collaborate with hybrid cloud and public cloud environments to ensure efficient deployment and management.
  • You will participate in on-call rotations or production support as needed, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • You will contribute to internal documentation, standards, and best practices for CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in software development and operations.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory controls and correct practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD best practices and one of the following areas: Software Development, Site Reliability Engineering, or Kubernetes/VM hosting.
  • Knowledge of a CI/CD tool such as Jenkins or other industry tools.
  • Very good understanding of architecture and design patterns used for pipeline services.
  • Strong hands-on working experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Exposure/knowledge of an enterprise DevOps environment, networks, and firewalls.
  • Previous experience working in a financial services or other large, regulated enterprise business.
  • Fluent English.
