About the Role

This is a Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 75% remote. You will be working closely with multiple teams to drive improvements in data management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Management: Explore and document data sources to establish clear data lineage, manage a portfolio of data quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with local Risk & Finance teams to align data strategies with business needs and regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting: Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • System Integration: Engage with IT teams to understand and optimize data flows and system integrations.
Requirements
  • Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when assessing large volumes of information.
  • JEE, C#: Proficiency in JEE and C# programming languages.
  • BPMN, Sparx Enterprise Architect: Knowledge of BPMN and experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
