Technical Leadership Opportunity

Embark on a career-defining journey as a Technical Lead in our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of iOS and Android developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in the development process and team productivity.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team's progress, and promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Java, Kotlin) development.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, backend services, Git, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and Agile Scrum principles.
