We are looking for a skilled Cloud Networking Architect to join our team at Gcore.

About the Role

Gcore is an international cloud and edge leader in providing first-class web performance, content delivery, and security. As a Cloud Networking Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network solutions using OpenStack networking modules and automating services for virtual, dedicated servers, and GPU cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced network architectures using OpenStack and Python FastAPI.
  • Develop innovative network products, including firewalls, load balancers, DDOS protection, and network management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless network functionalities aligned with customer needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in cloud networking and OpenStack architecture.
  • Expertise in Python programming, particularly with FastAPI.
  • A deep understanding of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, VXLAN, and Open vSwitch.
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure network solutions.
