Your New Challenge

As a customer care specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers who rely on you to support them with any matter they might have. Your daily tasks include:

• Providing professional customer care via email and phone
• Delivering thoughtful and smart solutions in high-pressured situations while still having important details in mind
• Defining and solving our customers' queries in a timely manner
• Thinking fast and working proactively and always keeping on top of things in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• You enjoy communicating with people in Czech and English (French and German would be beneficial) and you're trained in crisis management.
• Besides talking, you are also a great listener and able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to create a good solution for all parties involved.
• No matter what you have done so far – maybe you just finished school or university or worked in a completely different field before, you are welcome to apply. We don't expect previous customer care experience or a degree in logistics.
