Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing employment plans, ensuring employment compliance in business processes, and establishing sustainable supplier cooperation relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop employment plans based on business needs and deep understanding of employment scenarios in warehousing.
  • Ensure employment compliance in business processes.
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable supplier cooperation relationship evaluation system.
  • Explore new labor supplier resources.
  • Regularly communicate with suppliers, promptly follow up and handle on-site emergencies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HRSSC or HR-compliance-related positions.
  • Familiarity with the labor market and having deep understanding of flexible employment and business outsourcing.
  • Proficient in using Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with strong writing skills.
  • Having sense of teamwork, excellent data analysis skills, communication and coordination skills, and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accept short-term business trips.
