As a member of our GDC Poland team, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects across Advanced Facilities, Water & Environment, Transportation, Energy & Power, Cities & Places, and Digital markets. Our team of skilled experts and professionals collaborate globally, providing services in technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

Your role will involve coordinating schedules and understanding complex relationships between activities. You'll collect multi-disciplinary input to update the schedule, identify delays, prepare mitigation plans, highlight critical paths, risks, and project opportunities to senior team members. Additionally, you'll coordinate progress and interfaces between various disciplines, process technical, financial, and staffing information, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and activity relationships.
- Collect and incorporate multi-disciplinary input into the schedule.
- Identify delays and prepare mitigation plans.
- Highlight critical paths, risks, and project opportunities.
- Facilitate communication among team members.
- Process technical, financial, and staffing information.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
