We are building in-house solutions to support the onboarding and KYC activities of our customers. Our team is focused on delivering high-quality software that meets the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving engineering excellence across a global team to transform both the culture and technology across our KYC applications.
  • Leveraging microservice architecture to design and build solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with the product team to understand requirements and impact of changes being made.
  • Leading by example, delivering solutions at high cadence for the build out of new functionality and replacement of legacy systems.
  • Supporting other teams to achieve the same level of success.

Requirements:

  • Experience building applications using non-breaking principles, particularly in developing RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in developing microservices using highly iterative methods to deliver change to production regularly.
  • Knowledge of Java, preferably recent versions (17 and greater).
  • Experience in building and managing database schemas using PostgreSQL.
  • A keenness to learn new skills and technologies as the role requires.
  • Passion to influence global teams of engineers in transforming the engineering mindset and culture amongst the group.
  • Experience dissecting business requirements and supporting teams to deliver them iteratively to production at high cadence without large planning cycles.
